About the Talk:

Donough Cahill, Executive Director of the Irish Georgian Society in Ireland, and Michael Kerrigan, former Executive Director of the Irish Georgian Society in the USA, will discuss the history and successes of the Irish Georgian Society, both in Ireland and the United States, since its inception in 1958. From Desmond Guinness’ foundational vision, to the restoration of iconic Irish buildings such as Castletown House and Doneraile Court, to the Society’s present day activities directed from the wonderfully restored City Assembly House in the heart of Georgian Dublin.
